Norsk kulturråd

The Arts Council Norway shall enter into a framework agreement for mobile equipment, traffic contract for mobile equipment and traffic contract internet/landline telephony etc. In addition there will be a need for assistance with the choice of new equipment etc.
A minor part of the contract will be assistance with the operation, service and maintenance of central accompanying administrative tools.
As the procurement of supplies and traffic costs is expected to make up most of the contract's total value, the "Small Procurement Contract - Contract on the Procurement, Right of Use, and Other Services for Small IT Procurements" will be used.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement)
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)

Credit rating with key figures from a certified credit rating company, or equivalent documentation. Service providers that are not credit worthy (e.g. C or worse at Dun & Bradstreet) will have their application rejected. Service providers with a bad credit rating (e.g. B at Dun & Bradstreet) as asked to provide on their own account an explanation of this and substantiate security in the contract.

- At least two relevant contracts in the last two years of equivalent systems

- Reference list of the awarding authority's name, value of the assignment and contact person
Qualification requirement:
- Service providers must document competence that is relevant for the contract, i.e. competence within mobile network and communication in general. This includes mobile telephony, internet traffic, IP-telephony, and security connected to this
- Service providers are asked to document their general competence within mobile services and relevant communication systems
- Tenderers shall document any certification schemes that they are certified for by the operator/manufacturer.
- Service providers shall be a operator-partner/total supplier of mobile equipment, traffic services of mobile equipment and internet access
