K-51 Relief base building and substructure contract

Kollektivtransportproduksjon AS (KTP) would like to enter into a contract with a contractor that can carry out the contract works K-51 Avløs base building and substructure contract.
The contract is for the construction of a new operational base at Avløs where a new building shall be constructed including HVAC and sanitary installations and electrical installations. The contract also includes a substructure for the track area and outdoor works.
Expected start of works: 1.10.2013.
Expected completion of works: 1.3.2015.
The estimated extent is approx. 320 000 000 NOK excluding VAT.
There is also an option in the contract for the following:
— Dividing wall between hall 3 and hall 4.
— Extra floor and ceiling trabulants in the workshop hall.
— Surface treatment in the grafitti hall.
— Surface treatment in room K28 stores for the workshop.
— Pressuried air installations; 7.5 bar for tools and 10 bar for brake systems.
— Ventilation installations for the grafitti hall.
The estimated total extent of the options is approx. 15 000 000 NOK excluding VAT.

Kollektivtransportproduksjon AS (KTP)draws attention to the fact that registration for the competition is made via KTP's procurement portal, see: https://anbud.ktpas.no/ktp/ The qualification documents, self-assessment form for the HSE and QA systems, as well as any other relevant documents will be available on KTP's procurement portal and will be available for all interested companies. KTP draw attention to the fact that registration for the competition is done electronically by uploading the requested documentation by the stated deadline for receipt of requests for participation via the procurement portal. When the prequalification has been carried out the tender documents will be sent out electronicaly via the procurement portal to all the prequalified contractors.
