A framework agreement shall be signed for interpretation services for 2 years from when the contract is signed, with an option for a further 2 (1+1) year.

A framework agreement will be signed for interpretation services with an option for an extension for 1+1 year.
Foreløpig tidsplan for bruk av opsjoner: 24 måneder

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

The profit and loss accounts and the balance with notes, as well as the annual report and the auditor's report for the last 2 years. In addition a cash flow analysis is required for companies that are obliged to provide this.
The profit and loss accounts and balance for the last half year if it has been more than 6 months since the last annual accounts.
Any other information that is relevant for the company's accounting figures.

1. Tenderers shall have good qualifications and capacity related to the contract obligations.
2. Wage and work terms.
3. Quality assurance system.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1. Tenderers shall give an overview of key persons with relevant qualifications who shall be responsible for any contract work.
A. Tenderers shall account for the manpower situation in the company in the last 3 years.
B. Tenderers shall account for the education and occupational practice in the company's administrative management and in particular in persons who will be responsible for carrying out the services. Certificates are to be enclosed.
C. Tenderers shall state whether they intend to use sub suppliers for fulfilment and, if so, for how much of the contract.
2. Documentation of wage and work terms for employees at the tenderer and sub suppliers who shall contribute to fulfilment of the contract. Employees at the tenderer or any sub suppliers shall not have worse wage or work terms than what are in the national tariff agreements or what are otherwise seen as normal for the relevant place or profession.
