The City Government of knowledge and education has the need for a web-based tool for the annual organization of user surveys among parents with children in nurseries. Parents, nurseries, city districts and the city government has the need to easily gain access to the relevant results from the survey. It is necessary that the chosen solution for the user survey can be further developed with other tools that support the nurseries and the municipalities quality work in this area.

Credit appraisal / rating, which shall not be older than 1 year and based on the latest known figures.

The Awarding Authority will through its own initiative have the ability to obtain a credit appraisal / rating for all of the participating suppliers, from Experian.

The supplier shall specify any subcontractor(s) service providers that they intend to use with the completion of the assignment. A declaration of contractual obligations shall be signed by the person(s) who has the authorization to bind the subcontractor must be submitted with the bid. (It is the subcontractors that shall design and sign the declaration of contractual obligations).
