The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a contract for 'The mass disposal of blasted rock masses' in the project 'The expansion of the Bekkelaget treatment plant' (UBRA) and the project 'Follobanen'.
With a total of approx. 850 000 m3 of solid rock. The construction period shall be summer 2014-2017.

— The supplier shall have the financial capacity to complete the assignment / contract

It is required to have an operating profit of a 4 % minimum and a positive equity of a 10 % minimum.

— The Company's financial annual statements for 2012 (including directors' report and auditor's report)

— The Company shall have at its disposal a mass landfill approved / licensed and which has the sufficient capacity to receive approximately 850 000 m3 of bedrock delivered as blasted rock masses within a period of 3 years (2014-2017)

— A copy of the license document

— Written confirmation regarding the landfill capacity - signed by the responsible person within the company

— If the supplier cooperates with another supplier to meet the eligibility requirements shall there be submitted a binding statement enclosed with the request c.f. the Norwegian

regulations for public procurement § 17-2.
