The purpose of the procurement is to establish an agreement for the delivery of emergency communications within the following three areas:
1. Emergency Communications over Satellite (voice and data, primarily mobile systems), tracking devices (GNSS) for transmission over satellite and terrestrial transmitters, global solutions for ground-based mobile systems, warning devices and peripherals
2. Emergency Communications over digital radio primarily VHF / UHF
3. Dedicated tracking server for transmission of tracking data to the Ministry's crisis management system

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)

Tenderers must meet requirements for good conduct under FOA § 11-10 (1) e

Completed and signed self-declaration, cf. Appendix 1a or 1b shall be attached to the eligibility application.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Statement of the company's turnover in recent years with relevance to this contract

A certificate should be enclosed with the application from a recognized credit rating agency that provides a credit evaluation of the supplier.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

List of supplier's deliveries in the last three years relevant to this assignment with the client name, value of the assignment and reference. It must be stated what was delivered and what role the supplier has had in the delivery.

Details of the company's total staff and a description of the supplier's technical personnel to fulfill the contract, whether they belong to the company or not.

A statement of thecompany's quality assurance/control system. Copy of the system certificate issued by an accredited certification body or similar documentation.

Documentation/certificate for environmental management system. A report is required on existing procedures which document that the requirement is met.

Membership of return system.

Membership of return system. Regulations relating to the recycling of waste (European Waste Code (2004-06-01-930)) requires in § 1-10 that whoever commercially imports or manufactures in Norway EE products to the Norwegian market must be a member of an approved recycling scheme.
