The following amounts are estimates:The following work shall be performed in connection with sub-structures:— demolition and removal of five buildings which are between 20 – 110 m2,— demolition and removal of cables, foundations, buried tracks, channels, manholes, ducts and pipes,— relaying storm water pipe (includes pipe drilling of new ov pipes for Drammen Municipality),— approximately 40 meter long pipe ducts below the tracks for cable conducts for related eb network,— establishing four service platforms with a total length of approx. 600 m. the platforms shall be established on level with sok, using reinforced asphalt,— establishing of approx. 20 water pumps,— water and sewage connections to water posts and service kiosks. a new septic tank on the site,— construction of approx. 150 metres of fencing and three sliding gates,— mass removal approx. 7 000 m3,— laying of approx. 2 000 m cable channels and 2 300 m conduct pipes,— establishment of pipe crossings and conduct chambers,— establishment of foundations for,— KL-masts,— net stations,— train heating kiosks,— train heating posts,— service kiosks.In connection with related railway engineering the following work shall be executed:Superstruction.— construction of approx. 2 400 m new tracks with 49E1 rails and JBV 97 sleepers,— 400 m track shall be renovated,— all sleepers in two track swithes shall be replaced,— construction of five new track switches.Kl-plant.— existing kl-plant shall be partially renewes,— establishment of approx. 60 new kl-masts,— establishment of approx. 15 new yokes,— stretching new connection cable,— reconstruction of longitudinal earthing cables,— establshing switches.Eathing.— earthing of the plant in accordance with the requirements of jd 510 common electrical chapter 6.Electric power installation:— demolition of existing train heating plant, part of area lighting, two group cabinets and heating elements for two track swithes,— establishment of two incoming connections from eb network,— establishment of four network stations with transformeer and high voltage switchgear, three train heating cabinets, 15 train heating posts and four service cabinets including installations,— establishment of power supply to water posts and heating cable to water pipe/drainage,— establishment of two new switch heating groups, eight track switches with new elements and four newmotorised kl switches,— re-construction of existing area lighting, cable to track switch heating groups and existing cables to kl-switches,— construction of outdoor lighting for siding areas (approx. 70 fixtures).Telephone plant.— re-laying of approx. 1 500 m copper and fibre-optic cables,— construction of transmission facilities for skamarken/sundhaugen. this plant will consist of approx. 1900 m fibre-optic cable and approx. 1 500 m double cable conduits for fiber in addition to approx. 7 exterior and interior cabinets with switches and cable terminals,— establishment of 3 cameras for surveillance of siding areas signal equipment,— installation of three new/used double track barriers and six new single track barriers,— demolition work, coupling work in reel room signal plant and removal of as cabinet must be expected,— re-laying of 27 x 140 m, total approx. 3 800 m signal cables.

Tender documents will be available from 6.1.2012.

Tender documents will be issued from Jernbaneverket's office in Strandveien 8 B at Lysaker. Tenderers must inform whether they wish tender documents to be sent to them or if they will collect them themselves from Jernbaneverket.

The Contract and the procurement will be undertaken in Norwegian. Tenderers must therefore be competent in Norwegian, both written and spoken.
