The options are described in the tender document’s chapter 6.2 option. The supplier shall be able to provide these services if the awarding authority has a need for them in the framework agreement period. The services shall be priced in the tender form. In short these will be:

1. Operation/support contract;
2. Moving the reply function;
3. Location independent exchange application;
4. Alternative apparatuses;
5. Warnings to queue agents when the queue reaches threshold values;
6. Integration mobile telephone;
7. Support for IAX2;
8. Showing status of mobile telephones in the exchange application;
9. Telephone conference – automatic generation of PIN-codes;
10. Break into a conversation (for the forwarder);
11. Speech reply in queue, where the caller is given a choice on being called back;
12. Video;
13. Share of free software that is included in the system;
14. Pre-configuration and adaptation of soft phones;
15. List of name of external calls with number information;
16. Internal subscribers shall get an engaged signal when they call another internal subscriber who is engaged in a conversation;
17. Expanded conference/remote teaching module;

19. Other functionality (we encourage good, useful and user friendly systems that are suitable for our largest user groups).

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate;
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established;
(3) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);
(4) Company tax certificate (national requirement);
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).

Credit rating, not older than 6 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution.

If the supplier due to valid reasons cannot provide the documentation that the awarding authority has requested, he can prove his economic and financial position by other documentation that the awarding authority can accept.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts);
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts);
(3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company;
(4) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts).
