The Norwegian Armed Forces require a framework agreement for consultancy services related to SAP and related products for ongoing projects, any new projects and daily operations of the solution. The requirement specification is divided into nine areas, and the framework agreement shall cover all areas regardless of whether the Armed Forces hold licenses/software at the time of the notice publication or not. The Armed Forces’ licenses/software are stated in the framework agreement’s attachment 1. In addition to SAP this includes, amongst other things, software from Nakisa, Enigma, iMRO, Meridium, Seal, 2C e-billing, PTC arbotext, Aris and HP Quality Center.
The agreement will primarily be for the LOS program and INI OPS / DVU, but may also be used for the Ministry of Defences other subordinate agencies.
The framework agreement will be entered into with 5-8 suppliers. Otherwise, please refer to the attached tender documentation.
