Consultancy services for speculative seismic surveys in Uganda

The consultants shall assist the authorities in Uganda with, among other things, writing the tender documents for planned speculative seismic surveys in Uganda. See the tender documents.
All communication in the process shall go via the Mercell portal, www.mercell.no. This is so that all communication shall be logged. When you are in on the competition page, choose the tab Communication. Then click on the symbol New Message. Write in the information to the awarding authority and then press. The awarding authority will receive your message. If the question is relevant for all tenderers, the awarding authority will answer it anonymously by giving the reply as additional information. Additional information is available under the tab Enquiries and then the sub tab Additional Information. You will also receive an e-mail with a link to additional information. Enquiries received later than 5 working days before the deadline for receipt of tenders will not be answered.
