2012/3753 Framework agreement for supply of communication equipment

A contract shall be entered into with one supplier for supply of communication equipment to the Civil Defence Force. The contract covers:
VHF- handheld terminals.
VHF vehicle terminals and base stations.
Fixed and mobile repeaters.
HF base station and mobile station.
Fixed terminal with WLAN.
Satellite and mobile telephony.
Support, service, installation and return scheme etc.
Additional products.
Delivery shall be made to Civil Defense and the DSB's overseas units.
For further description of the different components, see the specification of requirements in Chapter 1. The specification of requirements shall be answered by the supplier and the response, with associated documentation, will form the basis for evaluation of the tender.
The contract may also also be used by other parts of the DSB's organization, if the need for this arises.
Call off under the agreement will depend on the current budget. It is therefore not possible to say anything more about the scope of the call-off contract at the present time.
The contract period is 4 years from the date the contract is signed by both parties.
