Ringeriks-Kraft Produksjon AS

Ringeriks-Kraft Produksjon AS, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, has been provided concession for expansion of Vittingfoss Power Station.
The expansion is planned to include a new building in open air situated beside the existing power plant. A technical financial analyse has been executed and it is decided that a vertical Kaplan (water) turbine should be selected.
The Awarding Authority therefore wishes to procure a 3 phase 50Hz generators directly operated by a vertical Kaplan (water) turbine:
— Total capacity 13-17 MVA,
— Synchronous rotational speed: 187, 5 - 300 rpm,
— Construction type IEC 60034 IM 8221 or IM 8421,
— Maximum rotational speed: Synchronous rotational speed x 2, 6,
— Requirement regarding moment of inertia: not applicable.
The tenderer shall give tenders for minimum one alternative for the listed performance area.
