Prequalification - contract works Lambertseter railway phase 2

Kollektivtransportproduksjon AS invite companies to a negotiated procedure with prequalified applicants in accordance with the utilities regulations for contractor services for upgrading the underground’s infrastructure on the Lambertseter railway.
Upgrading of the existing underground infrastructure. The works will generally consist of:
— replacing the existing substructure,
— replacing the existing superstructure,
— replacing the track electricity supply,
— rock protection.
The procedures for works in or by tracks come under safety regulations and strict safety requirements. The contractor must base the work on production plans and must weekly notify his needs for security guards from Oslo T-banedrift AS (OTD).
The works are planned to be carried out from week 22 to week 30 (total 8 weeks). There will not be any trains running on any of the tracks in this period.
If this period of closure is shortened due to a later start because of the procurement process, KTP AS reserves the right to only carry out parts of the contract.
Likewise the works are subject to not being started by week 22 if the procurement process takes longer than planned.

Kollektivtransportproduksjon AS draws attention to the fact that registration to the competition is done by sending in all the requested documentation in point III.2 as well as the attached qualification documents. When the deadline for registration expires, the tender documents will be sent out to the contractors who are prequalified. The contractor shall also fill in 1 self-declaration which is attached, including the prequalification self-evaluation form. Registration shall be sent per post, 1 paper copy and 1 electronic format (CD, not memory stick). Please mark the envelope with “application – contract works Lambertseter railway phase 2”. The contractor shall state the name, telephone number and e-mail address of the contractor’s contact person for the assignment. See the attached qualification documents for further information.
