— Technical installations in a new controller room,
— Establishment of new approach light series (Cat.I) to runway 03 and re-configuration of approach lights (Cat.I) to runway 21,
— Establishment of new runway lights for the elongated runway facing south,
— Establishment of new visual glide path system,
— Supplement of runway light for the existing runway, taxiway and apron, as well as moving the existing lights for THR, RWE and interrupted landing for adaptation of new runway configuration,
— Establishment of supplementing obstruction lights for missing obstruction, if any,
— Establishment of supplementing floodlights at apron,
