P-52532 Røst airport - S and L, stage b - construction works

— establishment of a new airport fence with gates,
— expansion of levelled security area with overpass inclines (40/180m),
— removal of terrain barriers in the security area,
— lengthening of runway facing south (approx. 150 m) with tarmacked shoulder, as well as asphalt spreading of the operation areas around relevant new flight operational technical systems,
— establishment of emergency road facing south (600 m),
— auxiliary works for electro; cable alignments with conduit shafts, runway lights shafts, foundations for wind gauge/ wind sock, approach lights and floodlights at apron, etc.,
— improvement of reflectance conditions for the NAV system; mass haulage/levelling and storm water drainage pipe,
— operation optimization measures,
— establishment of new access road to “municipal” facilities west of the runway,
— establishment of permanent contamination barrier facing the source of drinking water,
— provisional facility for upholding the operational management of the airport as well as inphasing new/outphasing old systems.
