New IT systems for the Pension Insurance for Seamen

Pensjonstrygden for sjømenn

The Pension Insurance for Seamen, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall invest in the following new IT systems:
— accounting system (with reporting module as option),
— wage and human resource system (system for payment of pension to members and salary to employees),
— document archive system (option),
— portal for members and shipowners, including security systems,
— process support systems for the charge and pension process (adapted and integrated systems).
Possible upgradings and/or replacements in relation to databases with hardware and technical infrastructure must be included in the tender if this is considered a necessary part of the delivery.
The Awarding Authority will also require assistance in connection with project management and consultancy services for all stages of this project.
