Framework agreement, hiring of human resources for quality assurance works

Framework agreement for hiring of human resources for land acquisitions. The society will emphasis on the railway and the Norwegian National Rail Administration’s, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, and development of activities are therefore increasing. The Awarding Authority will require services in relation to land acquisitions. The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into parallel framework agreements with 3-10 tenderers for hiring of human resources in relation to land acquisitions services.
The framework agreement period is 2 years with option for 1+1 year(s) prolongation.
The procurement process shall be carried out as a 2 stage procedure, procurement with negotiations. The qualified tenderer will receive the tender documents. The qualification for participation in the tender contest shall be carried out by submitting the information requested in the tender notice, as well as the requirements given in the attached qualification documents.
Main assignments:
Land acquisition, including but not limited to:
— Improvement and implementation of land acquisition including information, negotiations of amicable agreements, assessment preparations, assessments and expropriation,
— Land acquisition is also included in the planning works and property questions in general,
— Following up remaining land acquisition assignments related to executed development projects,
— Matriculate assignments,
— Sales of properties which are temporarily acquired during the construction stage,
— Dialogue with involved landowners and public authorities in order to clarify questions related to properties and rights,
— Present final reports of land acquisitions.
The Awarding Authority is in process of publishing several tender contests where the objective is to enter into framework agreements for hiring of human resources for various fields.
During November 2011, the Awarding Authority will publish parallel framework agreements for hiring of human recourses. The following contracts will be published: information and neighbour contact, environmental works, land acquisition, safety, health and work environment works and quality assurance works. During December 2011/January 2012, the Awarding Authority will publish parallel framework agreements for hiring of human recourses to: project management, engineering design management, construction management.
