E16 restoration of Nes tunnel. Demolition, securing

Nes tunnel on E16 in Hole Municipality shall be restored. This contract comprises demolition, clearing and protection works in connection with downsizing the arch, building and installations in tunnel.
The tunnel has a length of 1 265 m, cross section T9, and was opened in December 1988.
The work mainly comprises:
Demolition and removal of approx. 20 000 m2 of humidity and frost protection arches of PE foam protected with shotcrete, and two technical installations built of blocks of lightweight aggregate.
Demolition and removal of electronic installations - boxes with equipment, including cables and conduits.
Suspension bolts for cable bridge in the roof of the tunnel shall not be removed.
Industrial cleaning of shotcrete covered PE foam. Industrial cleaning and potential securing of defined areas with prior permanently secured rockface with fall-out of rock/shotcrete, to achieve sufficient security for the demolition work. (Approx. 40 m2 protective netting and approx. 100 CT bolts). Existing securing bolts shall not be removed, even if these are inactive.
Work protection that is expected to be part of new permanent security will be executed in co-operation with clerk of work’s geologist.
All work shall be executed in accordance with the environmental reconstruction description and award authority’s further description.
Approved reception for the delivery of approx.:
— 2400 tonnes shotcrete waste,
— 240 tonnes asphalt truck,
— 80 tonnes PE-foam,
— 30 tonnes tunnel dust and construction materials. (Mainly lightweight aggregate in the shape of blocks and planks),
— EE waste of approx. 15 tonnes (Fans, armatures, cables, boxes, cable bridges etc.).
An existing 22 kV high voltage cable, which is situated in a cable trench in the Southeastern part of the site area and below the right verge throughout the length of the tunnel, shall be in operation throughout the construction period. The cable is part of Ringerike kraftnett’s distribution network. All further technical installations in the tunnel have been disconnected.
