Sykehuset Østfold Hf, department for procurement and contract, hereby invites tenderers to a contest for a framework agreement for the purchase of call distribution system for the various hospital departments.
A call distribution system is an ICT solution which co-ordinates telephone calls from the customer (patient/next of kin) to a, for example, hospital department. The department plan their operations by administering all incoming calls. The system shall prioritise and divide incoming calls in accordance with the type of call the customers place (i.e. making appointments, contact with doctor, cancellations etc.).
The size/scope of this contract is currently an out-patient department at the hospital with an estimated 4 year agreement/NOK 600 000.
Award authority retains the right to include consecutive out-patient departments during the contractual period. It is difficult for the award authority to estimate the volume of the assignment as other departments in SØ can also make use of the system. The volume is an estimation only, in no way binding on the award authority, and will depend on which/how many out-patient departments will be included in the contract.
