Kystverket is the project manager and builder in the project Finnsnesrenna. Improvements are planned for the main channel and secondary channel through FInnsnesrenna. 'Kystverket ved Senter for utbygging' is builder and award authority for the project “Deepening of the channel in Sandnessundet – Tromsø Municipality – Troms County”.
The contract comprises excavation of approx. 43500m³ soil/loose masses, drilling and blasting of approx. 3500m³ rock, loading and transport of the masses to the disposal site. Disposal of the actual masses is also included in the contract.
