The Ministry of Trade and Industry, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into agreements for delivery of strategy document including relevant models as well as dialogue and meetings during the process. The strategy document applies for 3-4 companies individually (Statkraft, Telenor, Nammo and possibly DNB). Each project is scheduled to be implemented during the period October-November 2012. OED has appointed a public committee to evaluate the long term energy development (the Energy Committee), in accordance with royal decree 4.3.2011. The committee’s mandate is attached. In connection with this work there is a need for external reviews.
