KRD hereby announces a procurement of consultancy support to conduct a socioeconomic analysis of the impact of more stringent energy requirements for buildings. Work with the analysis is organized as a project in the Ministry, and there is a need for external assistance. The product of the project will be a report into the implications of more stringent energy requirements in buildings. The duties of the consultant will be management of the project.

OED has appointed a public committee to evaluate the long term energy development (the Energy Committee), in accordance with royal decree 4.3.2011. The committee’s mandate is attached. In connection with this work there is a need for external reviews.
