Strategy document
The Ministry of Trade and Industry, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into agreements for delivery of strategy document including relevant models as well as dialogue and meetings during the process. The strategy document applies for 3-4 companies individually (Statkraft, Telenor, Nammo and possibly DNB). Each project is scheduled to be implemented during the period October-November 2012. Each strategy document should cover relevant conditions - with a time span of 5-10 years - related to i.a. the business sector, the company, the company’s strategy, strategic alternatives and subjects important for the owners, including state ownership.
The final product shall comprises proposal of the most important company development characteristics the state as a long-term owner shall focus on in connection with strategic discussions with the company during the next few years. This shall be supported by a strategy document containing 20-50 pages including annexes. The document shall be in Word format as well as relevant Excel models, other models, data sources, and other significant documentation.
The documents shall be suitable to bring further as a “vivid” document which can be updated by the Ownership Department at a later date. The document shall also be suitable as a template for preparation of future equivalent documents for other companies included in the portfolio. In addition to start-up meeting and finalization meeting, the Awarding Authority requests 2 working sessions during the process.
