Procurement of a service system for wage, personnel and accounting for the Church of Norway (Kirkerådet (The Church of Norway National Council))
The procurement has several purposes. The main purpose is to start up a new service system for the areas wage, personnel and accounting in the Church of Norway National Council and the Bishopric Councils, when the councils are planned to be established as a separate national legal entity 1.1.2017.
