The Norwegian Defence Research Establishment (FFI) is in the process of upgrading submarine cables at Herdla outside Bergen and would like tenders for submarine cables. Further information is in point 4 Requirements for the service and award criteria in the tender documents. An equivalent competition was announce 9.9.2013 with a deadline for tenders 30.9.2013.
