The Norwegian Polar Institute, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority shall procure a Nitrate Sensor for measurements in Arctic waters. The instrument shall measure time series nitrate concentration. The instrument shall installed in a foundation distributed for minimum 1 year at a time and must have sufficient battery capacity and internal data storage for this use.
