Architectural services, preliminary project Non-Schengen East (Oslo Lufthavn AS)
OSL (Oslo lufthavn/Oslo airport) is planning expansion of the areas that involve traffic to the Non-Schengen countries. The area is located farthest east in the eastern pier. In connection with this expansion, OSL shall implement a preliminary project from June 2015 until February 2016. The area that is subject to expansion has a footprint of approx. 3 000 m². Justis- og beredskapsdepartementet (JBD) has given Politidirektoratet (POD) an assignment to lead the effort to establish a new emergency center for police, and POD has asked Statsbygg to act as the builder for the project. The center will ensure co-location of the emergency squad, helicopter service, bomb group, crisis and hostage negotiation service and police dog service in the Oslo Police District.
