The Norwegian Maritime Authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with a media agency for the following services:
- Negotiating discount agreements with media for advertisements.
- Sending advertisements to printed media and internet newspapers/internet sites that are shown on PCs and mobiles/tablets.

The procurement covers tasks connected with communication and publication of job announcements in print and electronic media.
