Framework agreement for advertisement arrangements and consultancy

Norwegian Maritime Authority (Haugesund)

The Norwegian Maritime Authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with a media agency for the following services:
- Negotiating discount agreements with media for advertisements.
- Sending advertisements to printed media and internet newspapers/internet sites that are shown on PCs and mobiles/tablets.
- Consultancy services for adapting advertisements to the actual advertisement formats, choice of media and quality assurance are included in the contract.
- Option for the awarding authority to exercise an option to extend the framework agreement to also include advertisement arrangements for radio and TV.
The aim is to enter into a framework agreement to achive good discount agreements with the media, better resource exploitation as regards advertisements and to increase the rate of hits and effect in the relevant target groups.
The awarding authority is not obligated to purchase any specific amount of services in the framework agreement period.
Emphasis is put on the fact that the Norwegian Maritime Authority reserves the right to purchase general or expert communication consultancy services from others, if appropriate. The communication services will thus not be exclusive for the chosen service provider.
The framework agreement will be for 1 year with an option for the Norwegian Maritime Authority to extend the framework agreement for 1 + 1 + 1 year.
