Statsbygg (the Directorate of Public Construction and Property) wants tenders for a contract for operation and maintenance of lift installations in Oslo. The contract for lifts is a technical turnkey contract that include general planning, engineering and design, delivery, installing, programming, testing, commissioning and preparing documentation for complete and functional lifts. There are many interfaces between this contract and other contracts that the contractor must manage, cooperate and interact with for concluding the contract.

2019-12-06Contract 6101 Lift (Helse Sør-Øst RHF)
The project New Hospital in Drammen [Norwegian abbreviation PNSD] includes buildings with a total area of approx. 122 000 m. The site is 50 acres [150 mål] and is located in the existing industrial area at Brakerøya as far as Drammenselva and near the railway station. The construction works were initiated during autumn 2019. The Hospital must be ready for operation during June 2024.
The contract includes the delivery of 32 lifts for patients, visitors, personnel and freight.
