Company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered.

Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have good capacity and implementation ability.
Information on relevant education and professional qualifications at the tenderer and the company's administrative management, and particularly for the person/s responsible for providing the services (e.g., competence matrix showing the number of persons with relevant education and professional qualifications). Including authorisation, certificates of apprenticeship/craft certificate/masters certificate in relevant professions.

Comparable value means assignments connected to periodical operation and maintenance of lifts at multiple properties with varied lift types (lift brands). An overview of the primary, up to five, relevant reference assignments carried out during the last three years, including information about:
