It will be of special importance to the following three research groups at UiS: Materials Science Group, Chalk Research Group and Organelle Research Group, but it will also serve other groups at UiS. The extent of the tender will cover 4 TEM instruments and upgrading of existing instruments in Oslo and Trondheim. Two instruments will be localised in Trondheim (TEM 1 and TEM 3a or 3b) and two in Oslo (TEM 2 and TEM 4a or 4b).
In order to be qualified the tenderer must offer:
— fully functional (S) TEM instruments,
or
— electron energy loss spectrometers/imaging filters.
