Turnkey contract Solbergveien — 38 new welfare dwellings (HR Prosjekt AS)
Bærum kommune (BK) purchased Solbergveien 7 in 2009 for the purpose of building welfare dwellings. Detailed zoning of the site has been carried out. Refer to the approved zoning plan and provisions in regard to site, position, accessibility etc. It is planned to build 38 new apartments (welfare dwellings) in low lying residential blocks of flats, in 2 and 3 floors.
