The purpose of the framework agreement is to cover the Norwegian Directorate for children, youth and family affairs and the agency's need for recruitment of top managers/executive positions and professional specialists. The contract period is set at 2 years from the date the contract is signed, with the possibility to extend for a further 1 year + 1 year.
