Periodically the contracting authority has a need to fly its personnel for site surveys after landslides and avalanches. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration also has remote control equipment for triggering avalanches (Daisybell), which can only be used from a helicopter. In addition there will be other occasions where it is appropriate to use helicopter services.
