The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is carrying out preparatory surveys for the construction of bridges over Sulafjorden, Halsafjorden and Vartdalsfjorden (ferry free E39). The natural climate shall be described for this. Measurements shall be made in order to decide, amongst other things, the relevant climate for wind, waves on the surface, inner waves, current, salt content in the water, air humidity, precipitation and air temperature.
