The County (with the exception of Oslo) calls for an open tender contest, where the objective is to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier for the procurement of design tools for area planning and land acquisition, respectively. The tender must include the right of use, maintenance and user support of a solution for use in the Norwegian market. The contract also includes the possibility for providing consulting services that are related to the establishment and installation of the solution.
