Tromsø kommune [Tromsø Municipality] will procure a digital management system for vehicles. All of the municipality's vehicles will be included in the scheme. This amounts to around 500 vehicles per day, including passenger and goods vehicles, minibuses and heavy vehicles such as lorries and production machinery. In additions, parts of the system must be able to be used on hired contractors who carry out winter maintenance on contract for Tromsø Municipality.

NRK shall enter into a service contract for an electronic travel log, fleet management and vehicle sharing system.
Actual tenderers must submit a tender for the entire enquiry in order to be considered.
A contract will only be awarded to one tenderer.
NRK will continually have approx. 330 vehicles in operation.
Normally all of NRK's vehicles will be a part of the contract/system, but there can be individual exceptions.
