The Sámi Parliament would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the rapid delivery of digital teaching aids in the Northern Sami language for the Sami subject as a first language from the first to 10 years. The contract includes the development, manufacturing, marketing, distribution, operation and maintenance of digital teaching aids.
