A group of designers and engineers for all fields shall be procured. The group shall design and engineer two new buildings for psychiatry and somatic, in addition to an extension of the technical central, at the Vestfold Hospital Trust (the Tønsberg Project). A helipad on the roof of the new somatic building is also included in the plans. This is the seventh construction stage at the hospital.
