The Tønsberg project — Procurement of design group all fields

Sykehuset i Vestfold HF (SiV)

A group of designers and engineers for all fields shall be procured. The group shall design and engineer two new buildings for psychiatry and somatic, in addition to an extension of the technical central, at the Vestfold Hospital Trust (the Tønsberg Project). A helipad on the roof of the new somatic building is also included in the plans. This is the seventh construction stage at the hospital. The total estimated cost frame for the project is 2 300 000 000 NOK. The Tønsberg Project aims towards an objective to build 50 per cent quicker and 10 per cent less costly than traditional, comparable building projects. The plan is to start the building in 2017, with a completion of the psychiatry building in 2018 and the somatic building in 2020.
