Oslo municipality will enter into cooperative purchasing agreements (framework agreements) for the purchase of cleaning for their establishments (for example schools, nursery schools, nursing homes, office buildings, etc.). The agreements shall have a duration of 2 years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for a further 2 years (1+1), to a total maximum of 4 years.
