The health companies in Helse Sør-Øst would like to procure and use a translation tool so that health personnel and patients who speak a minority language can communicate better when an interpreter is not present.
In addition we would like to assess the possibility of connecting directly to an interpreter in the tool via the screen (screen interpretation).
The other regional health companies with underlying health companies will have an option to join the framework agreement that is signed.
