Framework agreement painting, wallpapering and floor laying services (Oslo kommune c/o Utviklings- og kompetanseetaten [City of Oslo, c/o the Agency for Improvement and Development])
A cooperative purchasing agreement shall be signed (group-wide framework agreement) for the procurement of painting, wallpapering and floor laying services for Oslo municipality's entities and Ruter AS. The property companies Boligbygg Oslo KF, Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF and Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF are not users of this agreement.
