The framework agreement comprise consultancy services within health, safety and environment in the petroleum activities on the Norwegian continental shelf. The agreement apply to the fields of drilling and well technology. The PSA would like to enter into an agreement to quickly handle the tasks that need to be done, including work other than supervision.
