The procurement concerns maintenance services for Entur's ticket machines and associated equipment.
There is a need for both corrective and preventive maintenance services for ticket machines and other related devices. These machines are located at 123 train stations in the country. There are a total of 215 ticket machines and 21 cash machines.
All of this must be maintained and an agreement must cover the physical maintenance of hardware components for Entur's ticketing system, support systems and supplies.
