Sale of scrap metals from the Norwegian Defence. The scrap metals come from the Norwegian Defence's disposal of systems and material and shall be recycled/destroyed/recirculated. The buyer of the scrap metal and material shall be able to destroy and recycle the metal and sell the scrap metal/metal further.
