The contracting authority has a need for operational leasing of vehicles and management of leased and owned vehicles, as well as insurances thereof.
Option for operational leasing of construction machines for municipal operations, if this is offered by the Tenderer.
From September 2017 the Contracting Authority has leased 589 vehicles, administration for 54 more vehicles, as well as 10 fuel cards for generators, etc. 956 vehicles/object have insurances.

The competition is for ambulances for all Norwegian health companies and it is divided up into four categories/sub procurements. Tenders can be submitted for one or several categories. When evaluating the tenders, the contracting authority will require that the tenderers present their vehicles for the whole of week 39 in Tønsberg.
