This procurement is for the delivery of the major upgrading of the Krosso Railway. The contract is a turnkey contract/EPC project as it is most of the Krosso Line upgrade. The value of the procurement is estimated above the EEA threshold. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition, i.e. due to budget coverage and political approval.

The Awarding Authority has the need to purchase services related to elevator technology services. The acquisition shall cover service, repairs and the maintenance of the existing lifts in the municipalities to ensure that they are in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
The Awarding Authority currently has approximately 120 lifts that they want service, repairs and maintenance for. The agreement includes periodic inspections and service in addition to repairs.
