Gjerdrum, Hurdal, Nannestad and Ullensaker municipalities are cooperating on the establishment of the Upper Romerike local medical centre (LMS). Through this cooperation the municipalities shall provide local medical health services. The services shall, in accordance with legal requirements, include a 24 hour doctor emergency surgery with observation beds and municipal acute 24 hour treatment (KØH). Intensive care, Kristiansund Hospital shall procure new monitoring equipment. Two rooms for intensive care patients shall be renovated and prepared for the assembly of ceiling columns for fixing technical medical equipment. Two beds will each have two columns. The columns shall have a fixing point centrally above each bed. (Parallel or joint fixing point).

Columns for 7 intensive care rooms, with option for 6 columns with associated equipment over a 4 year period. There shall be two (2) swing arms for mounting a respirator, observation monitor, injection and infusion pumps together with other equipment. The columns shall have gas, electrical and network outlets.
