The aim of the procurement is to establish framework agreements for the delivery of hygiene products, patient care and feeding equipment (newborn) for Helse Nord RHF, Helse Midt-Norway RHF, Helse Sør-Øst RHF, Helse Vest RHF and Forsvarsmateriell at Forsvarets Logistikkorganisasjon (FLO). The value of the entire procurement is estimated to be around NOK 69,000,000 per annum. The maximum value in the contract period is set at NOK 300,000,000 for the product area.

The contracting authority ́s enquiry is for tenders for a service concession contract for the operation of hairdresser, wig and foot therapy services for Oslo University Hospital HF (Radiumhospitalet). The tenderer is obliged to provide hairdressing and wig services, with wig services as the primary service. Provision of foot therapy services is not obligatory. A rent contract will thus be signed between the parties for the renting of premises, which shall be used for the operation of the services.

The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of hairdressing products, hair products and other products in this product group for the hairdressing lines at the sixth form colleges in Aust Agder and Vest Agder. All asylum seekers are receiving a start package with various cosmetics and body care products and hygiene articles (henceforth referred to as Hygiene packages) when they arrive at the first accommodated asylum reception centre.
